I was meet with an unfortunate terms of events ...In the beginning I exhibited anger , resentment, disbelief and frustration about the entire situation
Because I couldn't believe somebody so close to me would have the ability to hurt me the way they did however, overtime the past 20 years I have learned that everything happens for a reason and during my incarceration I've had the privilege of mentoring other incarcerated people to think positive, to live positive and to explore their academic limitations... And through the mentorship of others I've learned to forgive, laugh again, and find the inner peace-Joy within myself... My journey has brought me a new perspective of humility grounded trust and an open mind to the experiences of others... That Love and Be Loved type of Love
