My name is Cole. I'm currently serving an 8 yr. sentence with a chance of parole after 4 yrs. (2016) I'm originally from Columbus Ohio, along with my mom & 2 younger siblings.
Before I was incarcerated, I loved to cut hair, draw, listen to music (all types) & spend time with family & friends. Today I spend most of my time cutting hair, reading & drawing, which are some things I truly love to do.
I'm not the same person I was before coming here. I strongly believe everything happens for a reason & with that said, maybe this was my blessing in disguise. I have goals now & I'm aware & appreciate what I have. (#1 an amazing little boy who calls me Daddy #2 A loving family that truly shows me unconditional love) Upon my release, I plan to return to Ohio, gain employment, settle down & eventually would love to open my own Barber shop.
I know deep down I'm a good person...One who made a bad decision, but who is not perfect. We're all equal in God's eyes. I don't care what people may think or say about me, I'm too focused now on making me a better me. The best me I can be, not only for myself, but for my son, my family and... Well, I loved to have someone to share my joys with. Not only my joys, but my good & my bad. I want true love...does that exist? I want & deserve to receive love the way I know I'm capable of giving, if only given the chance. I want someone who is willing & able to love with an unconditional love, a non-selfish love, and an understanding love.
Right now I'm looking for friendship, a true friendship with no hidden expectations. I want to get to know you & you me, without the pressures of society's prejudice, biases & relationship statuses.
